Newsletter #15...

Warm Greetings,

It’s true. Time does fly. Though much time has flown since our last newsletter, we have not lost sight of how much you, our loyal and enthusiastic customers, mean to us. You continue to be the source of our energy, enthusiasm and desire to provide new, innovative, healthy and tasty products. For all that, we sincerely thank you. Some of you may have seen and tried our new and tasty Chipotle Lavash. It has a full and somewhat spicy flavour which many of you have welcomed. Like our Grain Lavash Crackers, Chipotle is very tasty on its own and is a great compliment to dips, cheeses, spreads ,and more. If you haven’t yet tried it, there’s no better time than now.

As we’re on the topic of our crackers, we’re excited to announce that our Lavash line is now available in western Canada. Cowboys on the range, hikers on the trails, skiers on the slopes and bikers in the mountains are all turned on to our crackers. East and west of the Rockies, our Lavash is being welcomed by Canadians across this vast land. In all sincerity, we’re thrilled to be part of this larger landscape.

Our younger brother is slowly and steadily gaining recognition for his tremen- dous artistic talent. This fall, he has been invited to show his work at a prestigious art gallery in Berlin, Germany. He is steadily gaining recognition as an up and coming new artist. Our own bakery entrance is now graced with a unique and impressive mosaic which he created for us this past summer.

My wife recently returned to work with us as an area rep of our bakery. With her natural warmth and committment to quality service, she has been welcomed openly in the many stores that she regularly visits. After devoting herself full time to our three young children, she is enjoying being in the work force part time now that they all are in school. Her energy is boundless and her greatest joy still is in time spent with our kids. And, best of all, she still likes me... I think.

Before ending, we want to acknowledge two very important people: Nancy and Hugo. They “saved” us (came in at dawn to bake our pitas) when we just opened our sandwich store and our father injured his back and couldn’t work. Today, Nancy has a major part in writing these letters! Nancy and Hugo... Thanks. A good business is as good as the people who contribute to it.

Until we meet again, the Ozery family wants to thank you, sincerely, for your support. We hope that your blessings are many and your troubles few.

Sincerely,
Guy Ozery, Alon Ozery, Al Y. Ozery
