Warm greetings,

We start this particular newsletter with a question. How does a whole year pass in the blink of an eye? This is happening more and more frequently and we can’t figure it out.

What we do know, though, is that we’ve created a unique, tasty, pre-sliced, thin, round, all-purpose bun with you in mind. We call it the OneBun because it’s the one bun that you can use in so many different ways. It’s perfect for sandwiches, burgers, homemade pizzas, dips and more. And like everything we produce, it’s all natural and preservative and additive free.

A recent article in Natural Food Merchandiser magazine in the US recognized the OneBun as one of the editor’s top 5 picks at Expo East. The article was very complimentary and to be recognized in this way is a big honour.

In addition, we’re working on a totally new and different product. It’s a very thin, crunchy, bite size snack that will be available in more than one flavour. When this new “baby” of ours has been named and is ready to meet the public, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Recently, we have begun to present some of our products under our new brand name, Ozery Bakery Inc. Whether it’s our pitas, still under the familiar Pita Break logo, or new products from Ozery Bakery Inc. you can depend on the quality all-natural products for which we’re proudly known.

Spring is still a season away but we’ve looked ahead and plan to be at the following shows:

March 18-21, 2010 International Home and Garden Show - Toronto
April 9-11, 2010 National Women’s Show - Montreal
May 1-2, 2010 National Women’s Show - Ottawa

We welcome the opportunity to meet you and share some of the products that we’ll have on hand.

On the home front, our parents are well and enjoying semi-retirement. Travel tops the list as their favourite pastime. With great enthusiasm, our youthful senior dad hopped into a car with two childhood friends this past September and began driving towards Vancouver. At an average age of seventy plus, this trio caused quite a stir as they crossed the country. Our mother was the travelling companion on the return trip to Toronto and both are now safely back home.

We end this letter with the hope that you and your families will enjoy good health, peace and happiness in the year to come. And as always, we sincerely thank you for your continuing support and enthusiasm for our products.
