Warm Greetings,

No newsletter can begin without a sincere thank you to you, our customers, for your enthusiastic support and high recommendations of our products. Whether you have been a longtime fan or just recently discovered us, we really do appreciate that you have chosen to bring our pitas and lavash crackers into your homes.

With that in mind, we have been busy creating and testing new products which will be available to you in the not too distant future. Our taste testers are having a great time and are very keen on a couple of new products. We hope that you, too, will enjoy them once they are in your stores.

Everyone in our family has been very excited in the last few months about designing new packages for our products. We hope that when they appear on your local shelves you will have a positive response to the colours and designs that we have chosen.

Most importantly, we have created and registered our family company which will bear the " Ozery's " name on all of our products. It is our way of honouring our grandmother whose pita recipe and commitment to quality and freshness started it all. The " Ozery's " name also respectfully acknowledges our father's determination to fulfill his long held dream of making great food available to as many people as possible. It gives us great pride to have the " Ozery's " name on everything that leaves our bakery and finds its way into your home.

Here, then, is a sneak preview of our new family logo.

On the back of this newsletter you will find a favourite family recipe for eggs Middle Eastern style. Our family and friends love eggs made this way for breakfast, lunch or brunch. Our pitas, of course, go great with this meal. We hope that you try this recipe and enjoy it as much as we do.
