Newsletter #9…

Warm Greetings,

Along with our continuing thanks to you, our customers, we would also like to add our best wishes for a New Year filled with peace and contentment for all.

As some of you know, our bakery began in 1997 in the back of our small sandwich store in downtown Toronto.  It was called Pita Break.  We loved baking and we loved tasty nutritious food.  Our grandmother had introduced us to both.  So from the beginning, she was our inspiration.

Originally, the pitas we baked were meant to be used only for our own healthy sandwiches.  Soon, customers and friends began ordering our pitas in bulk to take and use in their own homes. One thing led to another and in time we opened a larger bakery in north Toronto in order to better serve our growing clientele.

Those of you who are familiar with our company have likely noticed a change in our packaging.  More significant though, is the change we have made by adding our OZERY’S family name to all of our Pita Break products.  We are excited about both of  these changes.

The first was done to make our products more identifiable and more visually pleasing.  A dynamic committed team of designers worked with us to accomplish this goal.

The second was made to honour our father and grandmother who both inspired us with their commitment to quality and service.

The "flower" symbol will now appear on our new packages.  This is a "Free of Artificial Preservatives" stamp. It guarantees the absence of artificial preservatives or additives. It also underlines our commitment to bring you a healthy and nutritious product using the highest quality natural ingredients.

We are eager to hear from you about the new design. We have included a questionnaire on the back of this page. The first 500 people to respond by e-mail will receive three packages of freshly baked Ozery’s Pita Break products. These will be delivered directly to your home. It’s our way of thanking you for the time you’ve taken to give us feedback.

Once again, sincere thanks,

The Ozery Family
