SPELT

Spelt This ancient variety of wheat can be traced back to the Old Testament times, when they were farmed organically, without GMOs. Fast forward a couple thousand years, and not much has changed! Spelt is naturally easy to digest and safe for those who have wheat intolerances. KAMUT®

Kamut Kamut® is another organic, unrefined and GMO-free grain with tremendous benefits. Studies have shown that 70% of people who are sensitive to wheat and gluten are able to process kamut® without side effects. It is higher in protein than any other wheat, at about 17% protein compared to the 12-14% in other varieties, and is also higher in magnesium, zinc, vitamin B and vitamin E. Kamut® have a mild, sweet taste and the kernels can be cooked like rice, or ground into flour and substituted for wheat in any recipe.
