Black Bean Dip This recipe has no added fats or oils and lots of flavor! Assemble all the ingredients together and pulse in your food processor. Makes approximately 3 cups of dip. (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 2 plum tomatoes 1/4 red onion 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded 1 clove garlic 1 lime, juiced Salt to taste A few dashes hot sauce, to your taste ½ c chopped cilantro leaves, optional Put all ingredients into your food processor, and pulse until desired texture is reached, chunky or fine.
